1. Machine preparation status detection

The ready state of the machine can be checked by jogging or turning. Such as tools and other items are placed in the machine; whether the printing plate is installed properly, if it is not suitable, it may damage the printing plate or cause great difficulty in finding rules; whether the rubber plate is installed properly, if it is not suitable, there are It may cause printing failure. In severe cases, the blanket or machine may be damaged. It is also important whether certain parts of the machine are interfering. If the front gauge, side gauge, and swinger are inaccurately coordinated, the paper cannot be transported forward accurately.

2. The lubrication state of the machine

First of all, you can check whether the oil path of the machine is unobstructed by oil. If there is no oil at the oil mark or the observation is unclear at the oil mark, you should stop and check in detail; Once again, you can see if there is oil leakage in the oil circuit. Although the leakage of the machine is easy to observe, it is difficult to find the cause. For machines such as sliding bearings, low speed is not conducive to lubrication, especially jog or low-speed operation has a greater impact on its lubrication. Therefore, before carrying out such operations, it is best to lubricate the idling machine first, which is also a primary task that should be done before going to work every day. The oil pump of some machines is driven by the host, so when the point is reversed, not only can the oil circuit not be refueled, but the oil in the oil circuit will be sucked back to the tank. This is very dangerous, so it should be avoided as much as possible. Machines that do not use this type of lubrication need not worry about this. The lubrication of some more important parts can also be detected by the temperature of the metal near it. If the temperature is too high, it indicates that there is a problem with the lubrication.

3. Impact during the operation of the machine

The smaller the impact during the operation of the machine, the better the Zhao will be for printing, and it will also prolong the service life of the machine. Reducing the printing pressure (pressure in a broad sense) is an important condition to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the printing, the smaller the printing pressure, the better. Reducing the speed of the machine is another important condition for reducing the inertia of the machine. The lower the speed of the machine, the smaller the amount of rotation. Therefore, the machine should not be kept at high speed at all times (this is contradictory to lubrication and can only be a compromise. ). The speed of the machine cannot fluctuate greatly. If the fluctuation is too large, the greater the impact on the machine, the greater the impact on the quality of the print. The machine speed fluctuates too much, one reason is that the printing pressure is too high, and the other reason is the circuit failure.

4. Low speed and high pressure

The low speed and high pressure can ensure the smooth operation of the high pressure mechanism. Because the force of the smooth clutch pressure is relatively large, if the speed is too high, it is obviously unfavorable to its work. The correct operation is to set the speed after the pressure of the standby device is completed, especially when turning on the multi-color machine. Some operators often set the speed after the first group is finished, which may cause the pressure of the latter groups under high-speed conditions. Such operations should be avoided as much as possible. There are several problems with high speed and high pressure:
